How long will my order take to arrive with standard delivery?

For the U.K., your order will arrive the next working day.
For Europe, your order will arrive to you within 2-5 working days.
For Rest of World, your order will arrive to you within 5-10 working days.

When am I eligible for free delivery?
You will receive FREE SHIPPING on orders of £100 and over.

When will my order be dispatched?
For orders made before 1pm on any working day, your order will be despatched the same day.
For orders made after 1pm on any working day, you order will be despatched the next working day.

What can I do if my order is delayed?

In the unlikely event that your order has been delayed, you should email customerservices@mishca.co.uk or telephone our Customer Services number on +44 (0)20 7193 1995, quoting your order number and we will respond to you immediately.
If your order was not able to be processed due to billing or payment issues, we will notify you on the same day and your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and accepted.

Do you offer a gift card and gift wrapping service?

Yes. On the checkout page, you are able to tick a box if you would like a gift card and there is a space below this to add your gift card message.
There is a comment box underneath the gift card message which allows you to add comments and specifiy whether you would also like your order gift wrapped in special paper.

Returns - what if I'm not happy with my order?

If you would like to make a Return or Exchange please follow the procedures below **

** We regret that we are not able to return or exchange earrings for hygiene purposes.

 

Returns & Exchanges Procedures for UK and International Orders:

    • A return/exchange ticket number (RTN) must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

    •  The RTN can be requested by emailing us at customerservices@mishca.co.uk.

    •  Goods must be delivered within 7 days of requesting the RTN for UK returns and 10 days for international returns.

    •  For each item returned/exchanged, please fill in the returns form which will be sent to you upon your request of an RTN, stating the reason for which the item is being returned/exchanged.

    • All items ordered must be returned in one package using Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK returns/exchanges and an insured courier for International returns/exchanges. We are not responsible for any loss or damage which might occur as a result of your failure to follow this procedure.

    • For returns: Once we have received your goods in their original condition, we will automatically refund the card used to make the original purchase and you will be notified by email.

    • For exchanges: Once we have received your goods in their original condition, providing that the new item requested is in stock, we will immediately despatch your package with the new item. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email, and if you do not wish to exchange your item with a another, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

  • We regret that we are not able to return or exchange earrings for hygiene purposes.
